This year’s theme is girl dinner Kagutaba from one of my favourite found footage films of all time, Noroi.
I was originally gonna make the actual hooded robe and attach the lil fetus guys like they were climbing me but I couldn’t find the fabric I thought I had (bet I find it by accident in a week), so instead we’re keeping it cozy and casual lol.
Wan’ sum?
I did momentarily consider trying to make a little tin foil hat or jacket for the cat so she could be Mr Hori, but the odds of her letting me bring tin foil anywhere near her are slim to none, certainly not without me losing a fair amount of blood anyway..
I cheated a little as I made the mask a few years ago as wall decor, it is wearable (obviously) but is a bitch to breathe in and you can see through the eye holes but only with reasonable lighting lol.
As I said, the lil fetus guys were initially intended to be sewn onto a robe which I think would’ve looked neato, if/when I do find the fabric I may still do it for future japes but I’m happy to have a lil bucket of creepy homunculi either way, they’re bound to come in handy again.
Aaand in keeping with my last post there is of course a bonus Silent Hill reference too, as I made one of them the shorter less noodley little brother of the sink baby from PT. A cutiepie.
Halloween has always been my favourite time of year, I don’t even need to be doing anything lol, it just swells my heartmeats. Christmas comes a very close second, but the ‘ween is where my soul frolics best. May you all have whatever kind of ‘ween brings you joy and take a moment to send love to your fallen.
I for one shall be consuming much trash, both visual and edible, and boodling the heck out of my spooky familiar as the lord intended.
